Job summary

Omanyp in Dubai seeks an accomplished enterprise transformation lead to drive group-wide initiatives across governance and execution discipline. You will translate strategy, workshops, and executive decisions into Jira-driven initiatives.

You will own business analysis deliverables (BRDs, FRDs, RTMs) and design AS-IS/TO-BE processes and operating models across core functions, culminating in a robust Control Tower for KPIs, SLAs, aging, bottlenecks, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years' experience in enterprise transformation, business analysis, or ERP-led programmes.
• Proven delivery of AS-IS / TO-BE processes, operating models, RACI, and SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or property management systems (Yardi strongly preferred).
• Strong execution discipline using Jira (mandatory) and structured governance follow-up.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic language capability is strongly preferred.
