Job summary

Q Tech General Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a Real Estate Program Manager to lead AMET real estate initiatives, tracking milestones, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across legal, finance, construction, and engineering teams.

You will drive data-driven decisions, manage due diligence, POs, and budgets, and push continuous improvements in tools and reporting to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PMP
Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration in industrial/commercial/data center environments

Responsibilities

Track progress of real estate and construction projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain project documentation and data integrity in tracking tools.
Coordinate due diligence including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.
Schedule and run project meetings and communicate action items and next steps.
Manage purchase orders and review invoices; support budget tracking.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and remove blockers.
Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and processes.
