Position Overview The Program Manager plays a critical role in translating Majid Al Futtaim Properties' strategic ambitions into well-governed, executable programs. This role oversees large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery and adoption, ensuring alignment between business objectives, digital transformation goals, and data-driven execution. The position requires strong leadership across stakeholders, robust governance, and disciplined risk and dependency management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives.
• Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, timelines, and delivery frameworks in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies, risks, issues, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Establish and run effective program governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive integrated delivery plans across business, data, and technology teams, ensuring alignment and shared accountability.
• Implement program-wide best practices including RAID logs, delivery dashboards, reporting standards, and adoption tracking.
• Ensure data integration across program workstreams while adhering to privacy, quality, and governance standards.
• Act as the digital transformation lead for the program, ensuring digital and analytics solutions support strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management roles, with at least 5 years delivering large-scale digital, analytics, or transformation programs.
• Strong experience in data-centric initiatives, including exposure to data platforms, analytics tools, or smart infrastructure programs.
• Hands-on experience with program and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance leadership, and risk mitigation skills within complex enterprise environments.
