Job summary

Savills Middle East seeks a Senior Transformation and Systems Business Partner to guide ERP-enabled change across the Middle East. You will align IT, Finance and HR with real estate units, delivering Deloitte-like transformation across PMS, valuations, and property management platforms from a Dubai base.

You will report to the COO, lead governance, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and champion data readiness and AI-enabled improvements across ME operations.

Qualifications

• Transformation & consulting experience essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT or CS.
• MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Eligible and available to work in the UAE, on-site in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-enabled transformation across ME with Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Advise COO with progress, risks, costs and decisions; chair governance forums.
• Bridge between IT, Finance, HR and business units; translate objectives to initiatives.
• Develop technology roadmaps with business leaders; align with long-term goals.
• Oversee governance, budgets, vendors, RAID, and change control.
• Drive data readiness, governance and CRM adoption across ME region.
• Champion adoption of AI technologies within programme delivery.
