Job summary

CBA Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Sales Progression Executive to coordinate property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion, ensuring all documents, payments and timelines are met.

You will liaise with sales agents, buyers, sellers, developers, banks and legal professionals; maintain a robust CRM and document control; and provide regular progress updates while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales progression or related roles.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the UAE/Dubai real estate transaction process is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
• Coordinate between sales agents, buyers, sellers, developers, banks, lawyers, and others.
• Prepare, collect, verify, and maintain transaction documents.
• Follow up on deposits, MOUs, SPAs, commissions, NOCs, and mortgage approvals.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline tracker of all transactions.
• Identify delays or missing documents and escalate as needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and sales team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate requirements.
• Support sales team with administrative and post-sale coordination.
