Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on player-coach to lead a UAE real estate sales team from Abu Dhabi. You will maintain your own sales performance while taking day-to-day ownership of the team, coaching 3–8 agents, onboarding new hires, and ensuring pipeline discipline.

You will drive activity, manage meetings, monitor KPIs, and work with leadership on performance plans. The role offers a competitive commission package and a clear path toward Sales Manager, with visa support and access to UAE market

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in UAE real estate with a proven track record.
• Valid UAE real estate/RERA certification required; relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain own listings and pipeline while leading the team.
• Achieve individual sales targets for a player-coach role.
• Coach agents through onboarding, role-play, and feedback.
• Own and monitor team KPIs and CRM dashboards.
