Ajmal Premier Real Estate in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to guide, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of real estate agents focused on off-plan and secondary market sales.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, drive performance to exceed targets, monitor leads and pipelines using CRM tools, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven experience in sales leadership leading and managing a team of 10-20 real estate agents.
• Strong track record in closing deals and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan and secondary sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
