New Town Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Previous experience leading and mentoring a sales team
Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills
Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
Fluent in Hindi (preferred, as the role involves handling Hindi-speaking clients)
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
