The candidate will source from LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networks, screen applicants, and present the company profile and growth opportunities during interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within Dubai real estate.
• Strong understanding of commission-based recruitment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in approaching and engaging experienced property consultants.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Dubai team with a focus on real estate roles.

Golden Bricks Real Estate is looking for a proactive and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to attract, assess and onboard high-quality talent for our growing Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, with hiring focused on:
• 60% commission-based sales agents
• 10% tele-callers and administrative staff
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and industry networks.
• Screen and interview applicants to ensure only suitable, high-quality candidates progress.
• Present the company profile, culture, commission structure and growth opportunities professionally during interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee files, contracts and other HR documentation.
• Monitor the initial performance of newly hired employees.
• Collect feedback from managers and share structured weekly performance feedback with new employees.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers and hiring records.
• Organise small office events, team breakfasts and employee-engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous recruitment or HR experience, preferably within Dubai real estate.
• Strong understanding of commission-based real estate recruitment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in approaching and engaging experienced property consultants.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Proactive, professional and focused on quality hiring - not simply filling vacancies.
• Familiarity with UAE employment and onboarding procedures would be an advantage.
