• Ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable marketing results.
• Strong knowledge of: Performance marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Real estate lead generation and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• Generate high-quality leads for property sales, off-plan projects, and real estate investments across the UAE.
• Manage and optimize campaigns targeting local and international property investors.
• Develop strategies to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Promote new property launches, off-plan projects, and real estate developments.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
