Job summary

SOL Properties is seeking a CRM & Collection Executive in Dubai to manage customer payment activities, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with Finance, Sales and Customer Care. The role requires hands-on CRM experience, excellent communication, and strong follow-up skills.

Key duties include payment collections, email management, document verification (POP/SOA), and coordinating with Building Management and banks for mortgage-related processes. Dubai-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• 5-7 years UAE real estate experience in CRM, collections, customer service or post-sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain collection trackers.
• Manage emails related to payments, confirmations, complaints, and collection requests.
• Generate Statements of Account (SOA) and Proforma Invoices as required.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Customer Care and other departments for approvals and escalations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update Salesforce with remarks and status.
• Coordinate customer handover documentation and related prerequisites.
