Job summary

Qureos in Dubai, UAE is seeking a motivated Credit & Collection / Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts, pursue outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records. This role combines finance and sales administration with strong service orientation.

You will follow up on payments, support customer inquiries, and collaborate with Finance and Sales to improve collections and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in credit and collections, customer service, administration, sales support, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong data-entry and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer statements of account.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• Support the preparation of monthly collection and account reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Administration to resolve issues.
