Enclave Dubai is seeking experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Consultants with strong knowledge of Dubai’s resale market. You will generate leads, secure property listings, and close transactions while managing buyers, sellers, and negotiations.

A solid local network and effective communication are essential for success in this role. Enjoy a commission-driven environment with substantial earning potential, supported by fresh leads, marketing assistance, and access to industry tools.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market.
• Proven experience handling resale transactions in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, especially key areas.
• Understanding of property valuations and market pricing.

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai's off-plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong market intelligence and established industry relationships, we provide consultants with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Consultants with a strong understanding of Dubai's resale market, established community knowledge and a proven ability to generate leads, secure property listings and close transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market
• Proven experience handling resale transactions in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, particularly Dubai Hills Estate, Meydan and Dubai South
• Understanding of property valuations, market pricing and comparable transactions
• Experience managing buyers, sellers, property listings and negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire listings and close transactions
• Established client network and strong communication skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently
