Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage seeking an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant to join their team. You will leverage deep knowledge of Dubai's property market, developers, and payment plans to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.

The role emphasizes building a strong client network, sharp negotiation, and results-driven performance. Benefits include high commission, fresh leads, marketing support, visa and health insurance, and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably off-plan.
• Proven experience selling off-plan projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans and launch strategies.
• Familiarity with major developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Nakheel and Dubai Holding.
• Established client network and demonstrated sales performance.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.

Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide consultants with the tools and support to build a successful real estate business.
We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant with a strong understanding of Dubai's property market, developer projects and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in off-plan property sales
• Proven experience selling off-plan projects in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, payment plans and launch strategies
• Familiarity with major developers such as Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Nakheel and Dubai Holding
• Established client network and demonstrated sales performance
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven
