Enclave Dubai, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, seeks a results-driven Secondary Market Sales Consultant with UAE experience to turn inquiries into sales. You will work with luxury and commercial properties, leveraging market knowledge and strong negotiation to build your client base.

Expect 50%-70% commission, fresh leads and marketing support, dedicated telesales and content support, company phone, visa and health insurance, plus ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Job Description:

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial property across Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary markets. Combining 7+ years of Dubai market experience with RERA-certified expertise, strong developer relationships and market intelligence, we provide agents with practical sales and marketing support to help them build their business.

We are looking for a results‑driven Secondary Market Sales Consultant with UAE real estate experience, strong knowledge of Dubai communities and a demonstrable ability to convert property enquiries into successful transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubais secondary property market, including communities, pricing and current market trends.
• Experience handling resale properties, property listings and buyer or seller enquiries.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
