Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking a Client Relationship Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage an assigned portfolio of clients, brokers, and salespersons. You will focus on ongoing communication, relationship management, and timely payment follow-ups across real estate projects.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and escalate at-risk accounts to ensure smooth collections. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, collections, or related field.
• UAE real estate market experience is strongly preferred, especially off-plan sales and payment plans.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus; strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, brokers, and salespersons.
• Follow up on outstanding and upcoming payments, including payment-plan milestones.
• Communicate contract status, payment schedules, and general inquiries proactively.
• Coordinate with brokers and sales agents to resolve client concerns and confirm payment commitments.
• Escalate at-risk or overdue accounts to the Client Success Manager and maintain accurate records.
