Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking an account management professional to build strong relationships with clients in the outsourcing or recruitment services sector. You will act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues, monitor account performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• Support contract renewals negotiations and account retention efforts
• Maintain accurate client records in RAMCO SUNDUS HUB and other systems

Preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 1 –6 years in a similar role.
