Built on a foundation of trust and client-focused service, the agency handles diverse property portfolios across the Abu Dhabi market and provides full backend infrastructure, including CRM systems, listing support, and marketing resources.

This role is open to various experience tiers—from newly licensed agents to seasoned property consultants. The position centers on managing client relationships, conducting market negotiations, expanding property listings, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in residential or commercial real estate transactions across Abu Dhabi.


• Source, pitch, and secure new property listings to expand the company’s active portfolio.


• Manage end-to-end client communications, property viewings, and purchase or lease negotiations.


• Utilize company-provided CRM tools, marketing assets, and lead platforms to maximize sales activity.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, property values, and market regulations.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Active UAE real estate broker license (or currently in progress); prior real estate sales background is preferred.


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with real estate CRM tools, listing portals, and property marketing workflows.


• Key Competencies: Excellent negotiation capabilities, strong interpersonal communication, target-driven work ethic, and spoken/written English fluency (Arabic skills are advantageous).
