Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for residential properties, including prospecting, property viewings, client consultations, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, property valuations, and investment opportunities, as well as maintaining up‑to‑date listings and accurate documentation. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the buying or selling process. The broker will collaborate closely with internal teams on marketing initiatives, coordinate with developers and legal parties, and ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Brokerage and Real Estate, with practical experience in residential property transactions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a clear understanding of Real Property principles, local market trends, and regulatory requirements in Dubai or the wider UAE.
• Relevant qualifications such as a real estate license or certification in the UAE, and prior experience working with developers or agencies, are beneficial.
• Additional strengths such as fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus), strong negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment are preferred.
