Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with knowledge of off-plan properties and local market regulations.
• Proven sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, closing.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship focus.
• Understanding of Real Property concepts: valuation, contracts, ownership structures.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate markets preferred, especially off-plan projects.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment with good time management.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will actively prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on off-plan investments and available real estate options. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing sales documentation, negotiating offers, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to finalize transactions. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, providing market insights, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Broker will also stay updated on local market trends, project launches, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, with knowledge of off-plan properties and local market regulations.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and ownership structures.
• Relevant experience in Dubai or UAE real estate markets is highly beneficial, especially in off-plan projects.
