Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including ready and off-plan units, guiding clients through the entire transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations, and providing informed advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with internal teams, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of real property laws and regulations relevant to the Dubai market. Candidates should possess proven Real Estate experience, including handling residential and commercial transactions and working with ready and off-plan properties. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and effectively closing deals. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, responsiveness, and the capacity to build trust with diverse clients. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, or others) are an advantage. Candidates should possess good market research and analysis capabilities, and be comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools to generate and manage leads. Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to high standards of professional ethics and integrity. Candidates should possess a relevant educational background in business, real estate, or a related field; prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is strongly preferred.
