Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a talented Broker located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property valuations. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining an updated property portfolio, and staying informed on real estate law and best practices. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and documentation processes
• Familiarity with local market trends and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate sector

• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in luxury or high-end property brokerage is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
