Job summary

Avanti Luxury Real Estate in Dubai seeks an ambitious property sales specialist to build and manage a steady pipeline of buyers and sellers across secondary market and off-plan properties. The role focuses on establishing relationships with UAE-based developers to secure inventory on new launches and to conduct viewings and price negotiations.

You will advise clients on market trends and ROI, maintain records, deliver reports to management, and provide high-standard client service to drive

Qualifications

• Must have RERA license.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Fluent in English; an additional language preferred.
• Active UAE client base with a proven deal-closings track record in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers across secondary market and off-plan properties.
• Establish and maintain relationships with UAE-based developers to secure inventory allocation on new off-plan launches.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations and price negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing and ROI and area comparisons to support informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings and deals and provide regular pipeline and closure reports to management.
• Deliver a high standard of client service to encourage repeat business and referrals; open to all qualified candidates with an active UAE network; strong negotiation, closing skills, and a proven, consistent sales track record; self-motivated and able to work independently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualification : Must Have RERA License
• Required Skill Set : UAE Driving License is a must.
• Fluent in English; an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, etc.) is preferred
• Required Industry Experience : Must have an active, regular client base in secondary sales and/or off plan, with a track record of deal closures in the UAE real estate market
