Nexus Properties in Dubai Hills is seeking experienced real estate specialists for the secondary market. You will be the go-to authority for your chosen area, with deep knowledge of pricing, inventory, and buyer/tenant behavior. Office based in Dubai Hills.

You will manage end-to-end transactions, logging CRM activity in Bitrix24, and advising clients with market intelligence. We offer a AED 5,000/month personal marketing budget and warm leads from a boutique client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE real estate experience with secondary market transactions.
• RERA/DLD certified or willing to obtain immediately.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong CRM discipline with trackable lead cycles.
• Consultative, relationship-first sales style.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end secondary market sales/leasing in your area.
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing, inventory, and comparables.
• Build and manage relationships with landlords, owners, and repeat clients.
• Log CRM activity in Bitrix24 accurately and timely.
• Provide market-informed client advisory beyond listing recalls.

Nexus Point is a boutique real estate brokerage headquartered in Dubai Hills, built on depth over volume — a small, high-performing team serving a select group of high-value international clients. We're not a numbers factory; we're looking for specialists who own their patch and their pipeline.

The Role

We're hiring experienced secondary market agents who are true area specialists — agents who know their community inside out: pricing history, inventory, comparables, and buyer/tenant behavior, without needing to look it up. You'll be the go-to authority for our clients and our internal team on your chosen area.

We're currently looking for specialists in any of the following areas:

• Dubai South
• Expo (Expo City and surrounding developments)
• Green Community DIP
• Damac Hills
• Palm Jumeirah
• DIFC

What You'll Own

• End-to-end secondary market sales/leasing cycle for your specialist area — from lead to close
• Deep, current knowledge of pricing, inventory, and comparables in your community
• Relationship management with landlords, owners, and repeat clients in your area
• Accurate, timely CRM activity logging (Bitrix24) — non-negotiable
• Client advisory that reflects real market intelligence, not just listing recall

Compensation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate experience, with demonstrable secondary market transaction history in one or more of the areas listed above
• RERA/DLD certified (or willing to obtain immediately)
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages a plus
• Strong CRM discipline — we track lead cycles and hold agents accountable to it
• A consultative, relationship-first sales style — our clients expect precision, not pressure
