Job summary

Metropolitan Premium Properties seeks an Experienced Real Estate Broker to join our elite Dubai team. You will close high-value transactions in both off-plan and secondary markets, leveraging strong negotiation skills and a robust client network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s top communities.
• Maintain an active client database and nurture long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and leads.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts ensuring RERA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s most in-demand communities.
• Manage and maintain an active client database, ensuring long-term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Prepare and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
