A1 Properties in Dubai invites fresh graduates to join our Secondary Market division as Property Consultants. This 100% commission-based role focuses on resale and leasing of properties in Business Bay and luxury villa communities.

You will source, show, and negotiate deals, supported by CRM, mentorship, and RERA license assistance. Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus; training provided and visa support available.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome, no prior real estate experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification (we will assist you).
• Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell or lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities (Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1–3, The Valley).
• Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the CRM system.
• Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to recommend apartments and villas.
• Support clients through the sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and viewings to negotiations and closings.
• Guide clients on amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, rental yields, resale value.
• Assist with property viewings and client consultations under senior guidance.
• Prepare sales and leasing agreements in line with RERA and UAE real estate laws.
• Maintain records of listings, client interactions, and documentation in the CRM.
• Build relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors.
• Stay updated on market trends in Business Bay and villa communities.
• Represent A1 Properties at events, meetings, tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to source, list, and sell or lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley
• Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM system
• Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable apartments and villas
• Support clients through the sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and deal closures
• Learn to guide clients on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, rental yields, and resale value
• Assist with property viewings and client consultations under the guidance of senior consultants
• Learn to prepare sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and documentation in the CRM system
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and investors
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing shifts in Business Bay and key villa communities
• Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, and property tours

Job Requirements

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. No prior real estate experience required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification (we will assist you)
• Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
