A1 Properties in Dubai seeks ambitious Off-Plan Property Advisors to join a high-performance team. This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and access to premium developer projects, with a robust lead flow and strong sales infrastructure.

You will guide investors from initial contact through closing, building trusted relationships in Dubai's thriving off-plan market. Join a multicultural environment, benefit from mentorship and ongoing training, and receive visa and health coverage

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, off-plan, or investment advisory (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-focused.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is an advantage.
• RERA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations
• Build and manage strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans, and incentives
• Manage leads efficiently using our advanced CRM system
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing
• Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations
