Job summary

Crystal Avenue Real Estate LLC is expanding in Dubai and seeks motivated professionals to join our elite team. You will build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors, advising on sales, rentals, and investment opportunities.

You will conduct market research to support pricing strategies and manage listings and client viewings. We offer strong training, CRM tools, and a pathway to career progression in a dynamic Dubai market, with access to premium marketing and VIP client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong sales track record and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA certification or similar qualifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Offer expert advice on property sales, rentals, and investment opportunities.
