Role Overview

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will act as the bridge between property owners and prospective buyers/tenants. You will manage a portfolio of properties, identify market opportunities, and guide clients through the entire transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Actively network and prospect to generate new leads and build a robust client database.
• Property Management: List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate details on portals.
• Consultation: Conduct market analysis and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of our listed properties.
• Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best price and terms for all parties.
• Closing: Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with UAE real estate laws (RERA/Abu Dhabi Municipality).
• Customer Service: Maintain long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a distinct advantage).
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own car are highly preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM software and listing portals effectively.
• Presentation: Professional appearance and attitude.
• Proven track record of successful sales or leasing in the UAE real estate market.

For Freshers:

• A strong passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
