Job summary

fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Agent specialized in Off-Plan to guide clients through buying, selling or investing in Dubai properties. You will meet clients, stay informed on market trends, match buyers with properties, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

You will prepare and review documents, manage the signing process, and build lasting relationships with clients and professionals. A comprehensive training program and strong marketing support are provided.

Qualifications

• UAE driving license and access to a car preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent specialized in Off-Plan at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
