Relocate from the UK to Dubai with Richmond Properties

We’re looking for ambitious individuals from the UK ready to relocate to Dubai and build a rewarding career in real estate. No property experience is needed — sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is all welcome.

The Role: Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant, you'll work with buyers, sellers and investors to help them navigate Dubai's residential property market. You'll build relationships, identify opportunities and guide clients through the buying and selling process.

This is a commission-driven role suited to people who are confident communicators, commercially minded and motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or another client-facing role
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
• A confident, proactive and self‑motived attitude
• A results‑driven mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment
• Willingness to relocate from the UK to Dubai
• Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not essential
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
