Baytify Real Estate in Dubai is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to join a commission-only team. The role offers a 50% commission structure and is aimed at both experienced and newly qualified agents looking to build a long-term career in Dubai's dynamic property market.

You will identify opportunities, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage client relationships across sales and leasing, while leveraging marketing support and an established brokerage network to maximize

We are Baytify Real Estate, a dynamic real estate brokerage based in Dubai, and we are seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role offering 50% commission structure, ideal for self-motivated professionals who want to build their career in Dubai's thriving property market. We are actively recruiting experienced and newly qualified agents from the UK who demonstrate drive, confidence, and a passion for sales.
You will be part of a fast-paced sales environment where your success is directly rewarded. Working with prime properties across Dubai's diverse communities, you will develop client relationships, negotiate deals, and build your portfolio whilst enjoying the support and resources of an established brokerage.
Your typical day will involve property viewings, client consultations, market research, and closing transactions. You will manage your own schedule, leverage our marketing support, and collaborate with fellow agents to maximise your earning potential in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.
