As a Property Consultant, you will work with buyers, sellers and investors to navigate Dubai's residential market, building relationships and guiding clients through buying and selling processes.

This commission-driven role rewards proactive communicators with strong negotiation skills and a client-centric mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or another client-facing role.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Willingness to relocate from the UK to Dubai.
A confident, proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
Generate new business opportunities and develop a client portfolio.
Manage property enquiries and match clients with suitable opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and advise clients on available properties.
Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful transactions.
Build a strong network and maintain relationships with clients.
Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently using the CRM.
Develop your knowledge of Dubai's real estate market with support from the team.
