Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
• Fluent English and at least one European language.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings with detailed insights tailored to client needs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Provide expert market advice on trends, valuations, and UAE investment opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow your property portfolio, drive new business, and collaborate on market strategies.
• Stay current with UAE real estate laws, market dynamics, and regulations.
