Job summary

Whitewill is seeking skilled Rental Agents to join a prestigious real estate team in Dubai. The role covers rental and sales opportunities, handling inquiries, qualifying leads, showing properties, and negotiating terms.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Dubai market, and excellent communication skills in English. UAE driving license is highly recommended for viewings and meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience, preferably in sales; candidates with strong rental experience are also welcome.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including key communities, developers, projects and property types.
• Understanding of real estate transactions, documentation and procedures.
• English proficiency: B1-B2 level or higher; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming rental inquiries and qualified leads, ensuring fast and professional communication.
• Understand clients’ requirements and identify suitable properties based on budget, location, and lifestyle.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and manage the full process through to tenancy agreement.
• Handle rental documentation, tenancy contracts, and required transaction paperwork.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Keep client and property information accurately updated in the company CRM.

• Confident, proactive, and results-driven with strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with investors, end users, landlords, and tenants, depending on the transaction.
• Open to working across both sales and rentals, with no restriction to one segment.
