Job summary

HMJ Equity, a British-established boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, seeks overseas candidates ready to relocate to build a high‑earning real estate career. You will manage buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, and close leasing and secondary sales while developing knowledge of Dubai communities.

This commission‑only role offers uncapped earnings (up to 70% commission), relocation support including visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and RERA license assistance.

Qualifications

• Overseas candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred (real estate experience is advantageous but not required).
• Full valid driving license.
• Minimum of £10,000 in savings to support relocation.
• Willingness to obtain a RERA license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Source and close property transactions across Leasing and Secondary Sales.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Develop strong market knowledge across Dubai communities and developments.
• Negotiate offers and manage deals from enquiry through to closing.
• Build your personal brand within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Generate business through networking, outbound prospecting, and company support.
