Whitewill Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Russian-speaking Listing Manager to join our luxury property team. You will manage and publish listings across major platforms, ensure accuracy, coordinate with brokers, photographers, and owners.

The role requires fluent Russian and English, experience in listing management, and familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. You will maintain CRM data, monitor listing performance, and prepare regular activity reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in listing management, real estate administration, property marketing, or a similar role.
• Fluent Russian and English are required.
• Practical knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or comparable platforms.

Responsabilités

• Create, publish, edit, and maintain property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure listing information (prices, descriptions, availability, amenities, photos, floor plans) is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with brokers, photographers, marketing specialists, and property owners to collect and update listing information.
• Monitor the quality, visibility, and performance of active listings.
• Regularly review the portfolio and remove outdated, duplicated, or inactive listings.
• Ensure listings comply with platform requirements and internal company standards.
• Maintain accurate property data in the CRM and internal databases.
• Prepare regular reports on listing activity, lead generation, and platform performance.
