Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C in Dubai is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join a commission-based sales team. You will build relationships, identify suitable properties, conduct viewings and negotiate transactions for buyers, sellers and tenants.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Dubai/UAE real estate, knowledge of off-plan and secondary markets, and fluency in English. Driving license is mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market.
• Knowledge of off-plan and secondary markets a must.
• Solid understanding of Dubai property market, regulations and trends.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English mandatory; additional languages desirable.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Assist clients with buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain and manage multiple property listings and client requirements.
• Provide clients with accurate information on prices, market trends, locations and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations and negotiate offers.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, listings and transactions.
• Work with the team while managing your own portfolio independently.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience throughout the transaction.
