Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable residential and investment properties. Daily activities include maintaining updated knowledge of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients through the full transaction cycle from inquiry to closing. The role also involves building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Accurate documentation, adherence to regulatory requirements, and timely follow-up are integral parts of the position.

Qualifications

Dubai Residents Only

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with a clear understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
• Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide professional, responsive, and client-focused support.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an advantage).
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in handling contracts and client information.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, property portals, and basic digital tools to manage listings and client interactions.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related sales field in Dubai or the wider UAE market is preferred.
