Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting for new clients, conducting property viewings, advising buyers and sellers on market conditions, and preparing and presenting property listings. Responsibilities include negotiating offers, guiding clients through the transaction process, coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations. The agent will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, provide responsive customer service, and use Century 21 tools and marketing platforms to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship-building, and client-focused problem solving.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools to manage listings and client outreach is preferred.
