Job summary

VSL smart Living is seeking high-caliber Real Estate Investment Consultants to join our boutique Dubai team. You will represent our brand across Secondary Market deals and top-tier Off-Plan developments, with a focus on quality over quantity and a commission-based model.

We offer a 50–60% commission split, exclusive listings, autonomy, full legal and back-office support, and direct mentorship from leadership to close deals quickly.

Qualifications

• Professional image and grooming are essential.
• Ambition, strong business ethics and eagerness to learn Dubai’s market.
• Dubai real estate experience is a plus, fresh sales talent welcome.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand on Secondary Market and Off-Plan deals in Dubai.
• Develop relationships with buyers and investors and manage expectations.
• Close deals and provide ongoing client support with a flexible, commission-based structure.

About the Role:

We are hiring high-caliber, energetic Real Estate Investment Consultants to join VSL smart Living. As a boutique agency, we focus on quality over quantity—building a select team of polished professionals. Whether you are experienced or an ambitious self-starter eager to learn, you will represent our brand across Secondary Market deals and top-tier Off-Plan developments in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Professional Image: Polished demeanor, exceptional grooming, and a highly articulate, professional presence.


• Driven & Coachable: High ambition, strong business ethics, and eagerness to learn Dubai’s fast-moving market.


• Experience: Previous Dubai real estate experience is a plus, but highly motivated fresh sales talent is welcome.


• Languages: Fluent in English and other languages are a plus).


• Mobility: Valid UAE Driver’s License and personal car preferred (not mandatory for exceptional talent).
