Job summary

VSL Smart Living in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Investment Consultant to join our boutique agency in Arjan. You will represent our brand across Secondary Market deals and top-tier Off-Plan developments.

This role offers commission-only earnings with a 50–60% split on closed deals and includes UAE residence visa support, RERA card admin, and marketing exposure on top portals. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in real estate sales in Dubai
• Hold a valid RERA certification or be eligible to obtain one
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Deep understanding of Dubai's residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills with a track record of closing complex deals
• Valid UAE driver’s license and personal car preferred

Requirements
