Job summary

Veritas Smart Living Properties is seeking a Property Consultant to drive sales and leasing in Dubai's competitive market. You will build client relationships, assess requirements, and present suitable properties across secondary market, off-plan projects, and leasing.

A strong emphasis on negotiation, follow-up, and team collaboration empowers you to meet ambitious targets. Dubai-residency and the ability to commute to the Arjan office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dubai real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, positive mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Good client follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• A results-oriented approach and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai are preferred.
• Candidates must be able to commute regularly to our office in Arjan, Dubai.
• A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market, including secondary sales, off‑plan projects, or leasing, is an advantage.
