H2O Al Osool Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Property Associate for Off-Plan & Secondary markets to drive client relationships and close sales. The role involves advising both local and international clients, managing the full sales process, and conducting property viewings.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset. Prior UAE real estate experience is preferred but not essential; English fluency is required, additional languages are a plus.

We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Associates to join our growing real estate team, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.

Whether you have previous Dubai real estate experience or come from a strong sales, business development, finance, hospitality, luxury or client-facing background, we want to hear from you.
