Job summary

Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking driven Property Consultants to grow a portfolio across residential sales and leasing in Dubai.

You will work with landlords, buyers, tenants and developers, supported by company-provided leads and a competitive commission structure. This role offers a AED 4,000 basic monthly salary plus commission and the opportunity to build your own client portfolio in one of the world's most active property markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a commission-based mindset.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Russian a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of properties for sale and lease.
• Follow up and convert company-provided leads into viewings and closed deals.
• Reach out to landlords, owners and developers to secure new listings.
• Conduct property viewings, valuations and market consultations with clients.
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through the sales and leasing process to completion.
• Keep listings and CRM entries accurate and up to date.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
• Stay updated with Dubai market trends, pricing, launches and regulations.
• Meet targets for listings, viewings and closed transactions.

• Currently based in Dubai
