Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property transaction process, including prospecting leads, conducting property viewings, and providing informed guidance on market conditions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing documentation, negotiating offers, and coordinating with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the RAK real estate market, building long-term client relationships, and delivering professional, transparent service. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate closely with the J and H Properties FZ-LLC team to meet sales targets and uphold the company's standards of trust, experience, and value.
