Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full transaction cycle for off-plan and secondary sales, as well as residential leasing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with developers, landlords, and other stakeholders. The role involves maintaining accurate listings, updating CRM records, and ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate regulations. The individual is expected to deliver consistent, professional client service and contribute to team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills and experience working toward measurable targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations, and comfort using CRM and digital listing platforms.
• Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, professional ethics, and the ability to work on-site in Dubai, including evenings or weekends as required.
• Relevant experience in Dubai or GCC real estate markets and a valid UAE driving license are highly beneficial.
