Job summary

Prompt, a leading rehab therapy software provider, is seeking a Client Success Manager in the UAE to partner with rehab clinics post‑go‑live and ensure successful adoption of our EMR SaaS and revenue cycle workflows.

You will own the client relationship for Prompt users, lead regular business reviews, monitor performance KPIs, triage issues, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to maximize value and prevent churn.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in PT, OT, or SLP required.
• Direct experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows in rehab therapy.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
• Tech-savvy with aptitude for EMR platforms and SaaS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Active clinical license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows in rehab therapy
• Demonstrated success in customer‑facing roles
• Tech‑savvy with aptitude for EMR platforms and SaaS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management
