Parsons is seeking an HSE / Safety Inspector (Rail - Night Shift) in Dubai, UAE. The role involves liaising with Safety Engineers, Safety Manager and contractors to implement HSE policies, monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements on site.

You will review risk assessments, lead monthly safety meetings, and drive incident investigations while coordinating with project teams to maintain safe and compliant operations on infrastructure, tunneling and metro projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (3 years) in any discipline.
• 8+ years of related HSE experience in infrastructure, tunneling or metro projects.
• UAE-recognized Health & Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality Codes of Practice or guidelines.
• Must have UAE driving license.

• Implement HSE policy and plan, monitor performance and targets.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager and Contractors to improve HSE management.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures and best practices at the site.
• Review hazard analyses, risk assessments and control measures.
