Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Safety Officer - Infrastructure HSE in Dubai to monitor HSE performance, review risk controls, and support incident prevention on major infrastructure projects. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO/NEBOSH aligned training.

You will work with Safety Engineers, Safety Manager, and site teams to ensure compliance and safe construction practices. The ideal candidate holds a related degree with at least five years of experience in infrastructure

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Environmental Engineering, Loss Prevention, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of health and safety experience in infrastructure construction.
• Experience with microtunneling, pipe jacking, trenchless technology advisable.
• Recognition of UAE HSE requirements and ISO/NEBOSH training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement project HSE policies, plans, and applicable requirements.
• Monitor site HSE performance against objectives and targets.
• Review hazard analyses and risk assessments for key activities.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
